Atmosphere for Lennar’s new community apartments

While working at Butchershop Creative, I collaborated with the team to develop Lennar Multifamily Communities new graphic system for Aya Living, a residential property in Fremont, California. The design approach blended modern minimalism with warm, welcoming details to reflect the community’s forward-thinking lifestyle. From patterns to signage to environmental graphics, every touchpoint was created to make residents feel at home while reinforcing a lovely sense of atmosphere.
